Coolaroo dog beds...don't understand why the local pet stores don't carry this. I use it for my 50-lb. shepherd mix. It is very durable, has a breathing, washable fabric and it hangs like a sturdy hammock to support her body. The dog is suspended 5" off the floor so her weight can be distributed and this keeps a bigger dog, or an older dog very comfortable. Maybe every year or so I replace the top just to get a tighter fit on the bed. Awesome, comfortable dod bed, she never sleeps anywhere else! GREAT PRODUCT! -- Coolaroo a great dog bed
I bought this as a replacement cover for the Coolaroo I already had. My dogs used the original for over a year before I needed to replace it. It would have lasted a lot longer but my babies like to chew on things. I have five small dogs and one medium sized dog who all share the large Coolaroo with plenty of room for them all. excellent way to save some $ - instead of replacing the entire bed - which i had done previously - it is much more economical to simply buy the replacement cover. I have 2 of these beds for my dog - one i keep outside which has held up perfectly for over 2 years. My dog loves this bed & sleeps on this over any other bed I had purchased in the past. I had bought my boxers beds a long time ago and their beds were on the floor. So I bought the covers and now I am happy and the dogs are happy. Thanks so much it was a easy job. -- Happy boxers
All in all, I am very satisfied with the product. If there were to be one suggestion, it would be to make it a little larger - closer to original specs. That is, it fits soooo tight on the frame, it tends to bend the frame a little. We are probably talking only 3/4 inch on the long side.
